Terms of Use

Last updated 13 July 2026

Marketplace role

Philippine.services provides a platform for users to publish and discover service and job advertisements. Unless a listing clearly identifies Access Positive as the provider, the site is not the provider, employer, agent or guarantor of an advertised service or job.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, protect your login credentials, and have the authority to publish your content. You are responsible for checking providers, customers, employers and job applicants before entering any arrangement.

Prohibited content

Listings must not promote illegal activity, scams, advance-fee schemes, deceptive income claims, sexual services, trafficking, harassment, discriminatory employment, dangerous goods, stolen goods, unlicensed regulated work presented as licensed, malware, spam or infringement of another person’s rights.

Health and personal care

Health, massage, wellness, beauty and personal-care listings must be lawful, professional and accurately describe qualifications. Listings must not promise cures, misrepresent medical credentials or disguise sexual services as massage or wellness services.

Free listings and future features

Basic listings are free during launch. Listing duration, limits and features may change with reasonable notice. Future paid visibility products will be identified clearly and will not guarantee enquiries, sales, employment or results.

Moderation

We may review, edit visibility, reject, suspend or remove content and accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, quality, legal compliance or marketplace integrity. We may preserve relevant records when investigating misuse.

Liability

Users transact at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees about uninterrupted availability, listing accuracy, provider quality, job validity or transaction outcomes.
